A more unique program study for Shelton, this 'newer' home received a more modern design/build addition/renovation. The project included an old game room area to convert in to a kitchenette and powder room, which leads into an addition which houses a cigar lounge/ living area. These spaces open up to the existing rear patio, where family frequently gathers.
